It is somewhat surprising that this kind of opportunity can still be found leading up so close to inauguration. At the time of writing, people are still pricing in and trading on a 2% probability that Trump will be inaugurated on Jan 20, 2021. At the very least, there is a potential arbitrage where most exchanges have already declared Biden the winner or are trading this kind of contract for Trump at near 0%.
