Usually mortgage rates follow the 10-year bond rate, which has fallen a lot recently.
If you’re fortunate enough to be able to think about this, it may be time to ask for some quotes. Even if mortgage rates haven’t completely kept up with the fall recently, there’s a chance they may in the future, and it may be time to start thinking about that. That’s whether you’re buying or refinancing.
