    Replacing the Uber Credit cards

TL;DR: Uber card benefits changed, and we can replace it with the SavorOne card or the Wells Fargo Propel. Uber changed its reward structure: 5% back in Uber credits on Uber rides, Uber eats, and JUMP 3% back in Uber credits in food and travel no $50 subscription bonus anymore 🙁 The biggest disappointments are no 4% back in restaurants anymore, and all credits are now rewarded as Uber credits rather than cash back. This has prompted a lot of people to ask me what the best replacement cards are. As far as I’m aware, to cover the restaurant category with a similar no annual fee card, the best choices…

    BBVA Clear Credit Card

TL;DR: BBVA came out with a new credit card that offers 3% on a category of your choice. It’s implied on the website that you can have a choice of virtually any 3% category you might need. Not bad, though I have to admit I personally haven’t tried this yet. Something to look into! Shoutout to my friend Blair for finding this. Happy Clear’ing, TheJKW P.S. More 5% Credit Cards

TL;DR: Nusenda has a credit card that’s similar to Discover, with rotating 5% cash back categories. As a disclaimer I don’t personally have this one yet; I plan to let my credit breathe a little bit before I do so. I’ve heard customer support isn’t great so it wasn’t first in my queue. However, 5% is 5%, and it’s still worth checking out. Happy Nusenda’ing, TheJKW P.S. Remember, a new post comes weekly by Sunday 5pm CST!

    Aerospace FCU Credit Card

Edit: Seems like this has some pretty stringent restrictions TL;DR: this It seems new, but it boasts 5% back on gas, 4% on restaurants and entertainment, 3% back on travel, and 2% back on everything else with no annual fee and no foreign transaction fee. For most people, this renders most other credit cards redundant. (Annual limits apply to each category, but for the majority of the US population those are irrelevant). Shoutout to my coworker Spaulding for this seriously nice find! Happy ACFU’ing, TheJKW
