More in the 5% Series: Gas

TL;DR: The Fort Knox Visa Platinum Card gives 5% back on gas purchases.

Continuing with complementary credit cards that give 5% purchases, the Fort Knox Visa Platinum card gives 5% back on gas. There’s also no annual fee.

For the average American who spends over $2000 in gas a year, that’s $100 back!

It also gives 1% back on grocery purchases, but hopefully in those cases you’ll be using another card, like Citi Double Cash.

The only caveat is that it seems pretty hard to get; you have to have had few credit inquiries within the last 6 months/2 years. But hey, if you plan accordingly this could be a nice kicker to your credit card wallet.
